Covid Info

To keep everyone safe we follow strict covid guidelines that the city provides and we go above and beyond to have you be at ease. Below is the questionnaire form we will have you sign before you come in. Please take a look before booking to ensure we stop the spread.

Safe Set Questionnaire

 

1- Are you currently experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or any other cold or flu like symptoms? Or have you recently experienced any symptoms?

 

2- Have you been in contact with anyone who has known symptoms of COVID-19 or been diagnosed as COVID-19 positive?

 

3- Have you travelled in the last 14 days?

If you said yes to any of these questions, please book another time when you're ready to answer no to all the questions.

​

 

 

Some things we do to insure your safety are:

​

-Studio will always be sanitized after each and every session for 30 mins in between bookings.

-Hand sanitizer provided for anyone entering the studio

-All guests will be asked to sign questionnaire form

-Maximum occupancy of 10 people in the studio including photographer and 1 staff member
